Indulge in the decadence of these Paleo chocolate chip cookies made with almond and coconut flour, sweetened with maple syrup, and loaded with dark chocolate chips. They're a healthier twist on a classic favorite!
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Paleo-friendly.
Instructions: Set oven temperature to 175C 350F. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet. Mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt in a big bowl. Mix the dry ingredients with the melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and maple syrup or honey. Mix thoroughly until fully incorporated. Add the dark chocolate chips and fold. Drop dough onto the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each cookie, using a tablespoon or cookie scoop. Use your palm to gently press each cookie into a flat shape. Bake for ten to twelve minutes, until the edges are browned. Take out of the oven and allow to cool for five minutes on the baking sheet, then move to a wire rack to cool down completely.
