Some characters disgracefully victimised by fan mischaracterisation:
There are spoilers beneath obviously:
(Reblog to add any you think of)
- Inej Ghafa: (it happens with all the crows but the gravest offences are usually in relation to her) - she is not some innocent child who wants to sit at home and pick flowers SHE LITERALLY HUNTS H*MAN TR*FFICKERS
- Cardan Greenbriar (The Folk of the Air): ok you can call him babygirl as a joke but seriously people act like he did literally nothing of consequence and was completely nice and irrelevant
- The Darkling (Shadow and Bone): he isn’t hot and misunderstood he is literally a genuinely horrible person. Darkling hater till the day I die
- Alina Starkov (Shadow and Bone) this annoys me so much because people say her ending is anti feminist because she lost her power and “settled down” and yeah i hate that trope but in her case it was a SACRIFICE!!!! Like she was genuinely sad about it which is shown in the books!!! She didn’t choose to settle down - she sacrificed something that she loved to save people. Kind of the whole point of her being a suffering SAINT
- Odin (Marvel Cinematic Universe) honestly he just doesn’t get enough hate, literally so much of what he did is the reason his children did bad things (obviously they are still accountable but STILL). Literally SUCH a shitty parent and rewatching it it is so obvious where many of the decisions Loki and Hela made came from
