Slow Burn: Lemec - I can totally envision him slowly but surely developing a rapport with a Federation officer over the course of several encounters. That rapport steadily becomes a sort of trust, and that, in turn, becomes more. Then one day they find themselves making out in the briefing room aboard one of their ships, and BOOM. A relationship with a strong, carefully-built foundation is born! When Lemec wants to speak to a Federation officer, his lover is the only one he'll trust. He requests them specifically. The same is true of the Federation officer. When they're forced to deal with Cardassians, Lemec is the only one they'll trust/request communication with.
Fake Date: Ocett - I would fake date this gorgeous lizard woman SO HARD. Er, I mean... *scrambling through my notes for coherent reasons* She demonstrated patience in her TNG appearance, and faking a date with someone in order to successfully complete a mission or undergo recon would definitely be something that's up her alley/something that fits with her M. O.
Enemies to Lovers: Damar - He's so arrogant while he's part of the occupying force on DS9. I can totally imagine an animosity developing that causes tension. One day, after they have a spat in Quark's and get thrown out, they end up arguing again and Damar - tipsy and pent-up - finally just slams them against a wall and kisses them for all he's worth. When he pulls back, he kinda half-way smirks and says "Well, that seemed to shut you up" or something to that effect. They still argue, but now they end their fights with sex instead of almost coming to blows. Damar enjoys this new dynamic, but is afraid to tell them how much he really feels for them, so he ends up starting nonsensical fights with them just so they can end up in bed together. His enemy/lover finds out, but they don't call him out on it because they feel the same. Eventually, their fights become so flimsy and short-lived that pretty much everyone on the station is aware of what's going on. Maybe one day they'll tell each other how they really feel...
