11) Do they celebrate holidays? Anniversaries?

Holidays are a weird thing in their home. The usual ones like Easter or Saint Patrick’s Day aren’t really CELEBRATED too much. Adam does participate whenever Miriam invites him to a Shabbat with her, Rebecca, and her Grandmother, and is content to have things be decorated exclusively with Hanukkah things around those holidays. 

Adam never misses an anniversary. Miriam forgets nine times out of ten and is always pleasantly surprised. 

27) Do they have kids? Grow old together? Split up?

One Singular Weird Child when things settle down. She’s a little girl with her father’s eyes, nose, and hair, while having her mother’s face shape and sheer volume of frizzy curls and her weirdness. She wants to be an entomologist. Adam is confused but supportive.

Miriam and Adam stick it through thick and thin. They both worked this hard to get to this point, and they’ll be damned if anything will get between them.

31) Do they finish each other’s sentences? Pick up any phrases or habits from each other? Know when the other is hiding something?

Miriam, having ADHD, has a hard time formulating words together or keeping up with a thought without having it run away from her. Thankfully, Adam is a quick learner of Miriam-Speak, and usually understands what she says. 

Miriam picks up his habit of drier forms of humor over playful humor sometimes, while Adam has occasionally said “Oh, Jeez.” 

It’s hard to hide something from a Vampire who can hear your heartbeat when you’re lying or nervous. Similarly, Miriam is always quick to call him out if he’s hiding something from her.

🍓 || her spring/summer smell is rose, her fall/winter smell is apple cinnamon. switching out the candles in her house and her body spray is like. The Official Beginning Of The Season. (also since UB have only known her since she’s been in Spring Mode i imagine they’re gonna have a conniption when she comes in to work smelling different)

🍓 || lightweight. get her two margaritas and she will karaoke whatever song you tell her to. she’s allowed one (1) mimosa at brunch or else she is not good to drive. very flirty and affectionate when tipsy. would you like her to sit in your lap. because she will.

Favorite LI route so far?

UGHHHH its hard to choose! I love both for different reasons. I LOVE how much of a little romeo felix is - but I know we’re gonna get some juicy angst with him soon and I’m so excited. Also the end of Book 2 if you save sanja w him as LI killed me ;m;

M or F! I am drawn and attracted to androgyne (M, and intimidating) goofballs (F) w a good sense of style (both) LOL

Does your detective value research or combat training more?

Penny does research (she’s a nerd) and Celena does combat (she wants to wrestle everything and win - also she got a complex abt murphy beating her up)

If your detective could give one gift to their LI, what would they give?

Penny gave felix the unicorn necklace in book 2 and his reaction almost made her cry so. she wants to give him the entire world

Celena’s gift would be an elbow to the face probs have something to do with his car repair hobby if she learns abt it! IIRC he has a motorcycle so she might get it either upgraded or a really sick paint job.
