your dartem fic has an interesting concept, is it inspired by anything?

Actually it is! Partially from Altered Carbon which in one of it's minors arcs tells the story of Elias Riker and how he looses a childhood friend and then is framed for a murder. Obviously there is a lot of Sci-fi and interesting concepts that plague *THAT* specific arc, but I got the idea from there. And also Aurelia's last name!

for my reasons to make it Dartem and now any other ship (ie. Darvyn, Darius/Rosa) is mainly because I think it would be interesting to see how Artem reacts to his loved one being "In the other side of the law".

And If you see closely in the tags the "religious imagery" tag is there. That is partially influenced by Altered Carbon too.
