D*pp fans are losing their minds over a cute original RedBubble (here) design I drew of Amber Heard.
They’re apparently sending links to RedBubble & Mattel to try and get it taken down or get me sent a C&D.
They’re such deeply unserious people.
On April 21st, 2015 — Depp arrived at Amber’s birthday party. He was drunk, using drugs and upset because he’d just learned from the Mandel Company that his finances were in rough shape.
They get into a fight at her party and Depp decides to move out and stay at another residence. At this time in their relationship their marriage had deteriorated and they were in a trial separation but Amber wanted him to come to her birthday.
The next day — Ms. Vargas finds dog excrement in the bed. She tells Kevin Murphy, the house manager, who tells Sean Bett. Sean tells Depp and the two of them more or less decide that Amber put the dog excrement there on purpose.
Somewhere along the way this myth gets morphed into people believing the excrement is human.
But Boo, the dog who was responsible, had done this before. He’s had bowel accidents in bed with Depp years previous & was known for having these issues. Depp knew about this — at one point Depp even told his personal assistant, Stephen Deuters, to leave human waste for Amber to step in, because they could just blame the dog.
Depp liked these kinds of jokes — he, Marylin Manson and Hunter S. Thompson once tried to leave their own human waste on Depp’s Hollywood Star on the Walk of Fame.
Sean Bett, the probably source for the ‘Amber did it’ also claimed, with Depp, that Amber had attacked Depp the night of the 21st. He claimed he saw injuries on Depp — but the photo submitted to court was from a year previous. Bett lied under oath about the origins of the photo and the injuries he saw. So it stands to reason that his story about the excrement is also a fabrication.
Especially if you consider the fact Depp would not return to the home for another month (when he came to get some things and threw his phone at Amber’s face). Amber was alone in the residence at the time, Depp was not coming back, and it makes no sense for her to prank an empty bed.
Much of Depp's trial is hinged on the fact the Virginia Courts decided that the 2018 op-ed was a republication of the 2016 abuse allegations.
But that decision is pretty shakey. This is a breakdown of one potential avenue that Heard could use to appeal.

Myth #3 - Is Amber Heard sleeping with the Executive Director of the ACLU.
There has been some recent speculation that Amber is romantically linked to Anthony Romero because they were seen having dinner together in the Hamptons.
But they are not together. He’s an openly gay man.
Did Amber Heard steal her sexual assault story from Kate James?
No.
During the UK trial, Kate James stated that she “perused the court documents” and from that information concluded that Amber stole her sexual assault story.
The problem with that is the fact that Amber filed a confidential report about her experiences of sexual violence. Because they were confidential — there were no ‘court documents’ for Kate to peruse. She admits she didn’t see the confidential documents — which means she lied about Amber stealing her story.
I believe that Kate was sexually assaulted, but that doesn’t change the fact she lied about Amber stealing her story. This lie substantially hurt her credibility in the UK case, which is likely why it wasn’t repeated in Fairfax.
Depp edited out all of his mistakes in the UK — which is one of the reasons that concepts like collateral estoppel & nonmutual issue preclusion exist. I’ll go into that more at a later time.
