Summary: After departing Kashan Fortress, Arslan and his companions grapple with the consequences of executing Hodir. The young prince is shaken by the anger of the slaves who mourned their master. During a quiet night on the plains, Arslan and Elam discuss the complexities of freedom and justice, while Leiya silently listens, reflecting on their words. Trust deepens between the group as Arslan begins to confront the heavy cost of leadership and the uncertainty of righteous rule.
