Here are all of them! I decided to add the pride flags each of them has in my universe! Still lookin' great, even those designs.
Flash, Mistmane, and Mage Meadowbrook designs were inspired by Orin's very own designs.
I felt like I had to talk about them before I post human design art of them on my art blog!
Of course, notes down below with my headcanons!
Stygian:
He is aroace
Stygian has remnants of darkness clinging to him after it was banished due to bitterness and hurt.
He can control the shadow remnants, but his temper is key to controlling them.
His voice drops several octaves when he isn't controlling his emotions.
He is a royal advisor and a librarian.
He is wondering how many mirror worlds there are.
He isn't speaking to his descendant, though he is aware of Shadow Lock's existence.
He knows many things about the ancient world, though he wishes Star Swirl told him more about the stallion who helped form Equestria.
Yes, he and the Pillars were around before Luna's banishment.
Yes, the Founders of Equestria were alive back then.
He is currently investigating the legend of Gusty the Great because he wishes to learn more about the historical context.
He has done a lot of research into any historical figures he could get his hooves on.
His magic without the shadows is not comparatively strong, but with the shadows, he becomes a force to be reckoned with.
His shadows get him to overhear certain conversations he wishes he couldn't.
He has nightmares about his past quite a lot.
He and Mage Meadowbrook are AroAce buddies.
He has written books his experience.
He probably decided to settle in Clover the Clever's old house.
He is occassionally a guest lecturer in universities about magic, ancient history, and legends.
Went QPR with Meadowbrook, so he wasn't bothered.
Mistmane:
She is a lesbian.
Mistmane is, of course, a landscaper in the Crystal Empire.
She was granted permission to create a memorial for her girlfriend, Sable Spirit, whom she never got to see again.
She lives in a cozy house, specifically built for her by Shining Armor and Princess Cadance.
She has a private garden in her house.
She and Sunburst have talked quite extensively about her past.
There are myths that Mist Mane is indeed from the Crystal Empire, but they haven't been confirmed yet.
In the Rainbowverse, her best friend, Sable Spirit, is rumored to have been an umbrum. These are once again unconfirmed.
Mistmane did use her magic to restore her girlfriend and keep her safe.
Records don't dare tell, but Mistmane and Sable Spirit dated. Sunburst has managed to get this written on a record.
She hasn't found another special somepony to be with her because she felt like it would be the right thing to honor someone so close to her.
She created a crystal statue in memory of Sable Spirit so Sable would never be forgotten.
Mistmane's customs will be based on Japanese customs.
Best friends with Mage Meadowbrook and Somnambula.
She placed the vase on the statue and kept it there.
Her and Sable Spirit's story has been compared to that of Reformed King Sombra and Radiant Hope.
She also has a small beauty salon, where she helps crystal ponies become pretty, but this is just a side hustle while she is landscaping.
Even when her beauty has gone, crystal ponies still draw her as she was in her prime.
She was close friends with Princess Platinum when she met her.
Star Swirl the Bearded:
Straight ally old stallion
He will be taught by Princess Twilight.
He is still trying to adjust to modern life.
He is supportive of his friends.
He has taken the role of an explorer for an old man, but he is indeed living in Canterlot, the castle.
He refuses to trim his beard.
He used to have a wife, but she passed away during his time stuck in limbo.
He is still alive, somehow.
He did visit her ancient grave and had it restored as a way to honor her.
He is working on his friendship with Stygian.
After his travels, he plans to become a professor at Canterlot University.
He will also help his friends when they need help.
He takes criticism well after being proven wrong.
He does his best to double-check everything and avoid mistakes.
For an old geezer, he turned out to be quite fun.
He was the one to officiate Twilight's wedding, ironically.
He has decided to continue publishing well-documented research on his part, as well as seek professionals in their fields to learn more.
Star Swirl LOVES learning more and more, so for him, he needs to live as much as his old life can let him.
This is probably cursed, but he would be talking with Granny Smith about stuff, and there would definitely be something going on since both are old ponies.
I can see this as the way it was with Richard Watterson and his stepfather, where instead of Richard and Louie Carter, we have Applejack and Star Swirl the Bearded.
He was Clover's mentor in some ways.
Mage Meadowbrook:
She is still living in Hayseed Swamp.
Her sister continued the bloodline.
She is aroace and fictosexual. (Yes, fictional characters, no real ponies.)
She accidentally got Fluttershy to be her disciple.
She and Stygian are the Aroace buddies.
She is more focused on creating remedies than romance. One reason why she turned down the big hunk of a stallion, Rockhoof.
She has given Smart Cookie medicine, so she can help Puddinghead recover.
She is one of the founders of Equestrian Medicine.
Her journals hold incredible knowledge that many would want.
Meadowbrook and Stygian decided to be QPR, so they didn't have ponies bothering them.
She doesn't plan to have any children, nor does Stygian.
She knows a lot about biology and has great sketches of stallion and mare anatomy.
Her sister's name is Amber Root, and she was the older of the two sisters.
Amber Root is the direct ancestor of Cattail since Meadowbrook never married, even when she got stuck in the limbo.
Meadowbrook was very close with Amber and the two often created concoctions together.
Mage Meadowbrook created a statue dedicated to her sister.
Her mane is dreadlocks and she mainly keeps them out of her face with her hairband. She also keeps her mane tied as well.
She has created copies of her journals without private details, so ponies can use it to aide their path to becoming doctors and nurses.
Meadowbrook only intended to teach Zecora, but Fluttershy came in the mix and she didn't mind. If she can personally mentor's two ponies, all the better.
She is generally fond of stories and will talk about fictional ponies as if they were real.
Rockhoof:
He is in the Bear Brotherhood
Omnisexual with preference for stallions.
He and Flash Magnus will get together because I decreed it!
He doesn't have much of descendants since he never settled down. The Mighty Helm duty was a priority for him at the time.
Rockhoof has tried asking Mage Meadowbrook out, did not work so well, but he didn't take it badly.
He decided he would become a storyteller about the things he did in his home, the island he couldn't go back to.
He never goes anywhere without his shovel. It's not the source of his incredible build, but it's the last thing of his homeland.
You will never expect to realize that a stupid bet eventually had Flash and Rockhoof suddenly as a couple. I'd consider them a rarepair I only ship lmfoa.
He can play the bagpipe because he is definitely Scottish.
He decided he would get permission to build a small neighborhood that would resemble his home, though it wouldn't be an island.
Rockhoof is settled within a house by his own design. Its location is settled near Ponyville as Rockhoof has become quite famous with his stories in Ponyville.
He has forbidden Flim and Flam from entering the neighborhood because he can't stand scammers.
He has a limit to his patience. He is often giving everypony a few minutes to backtrack and apologize and if not, they will face his shovel.
You will not expect him to have become friends with Prince Rutherford, but he has. He legit became another honorary yak when he visited their mountain and Rutherford? He legit gave him a custom yak helmet for his head.
He is inevitably Yona's favorite.
There are days of the week where he isn't found in his home and is likely in Canterlot, talking with Flash Magnus and his platoon.
The neighborhood he built is livable and is most beloved by the yak population of Ponyville. There are still ponies, griffons, yaks, and others living there.
For Rockhoof, ponies can modernize the interior of their houses within his neighborhood. It's just the exterior that should remain like how it was.
He didn't build it to be a tourist attraction—though he did intend to have his house open for anyone to explore, if he was around.
For him, his stories don't come with a price. He will tell them for free because he simply is happy to share his stories with ponies.
If he hears a story about him that's undeniably false, he will tell the ponies the truth and give them an even better story.
Flash Magnus:
He is undeniably gay.
He used to have a lover, who died tragically and he couldn't save him.
Flash has never denied his sexuality and was very open about it.
Yes, he will become Rockhoof's boyfriend, sue me.
His first boyfriend's name was Skyward Roar, often referred to as Sky.
He lost Sky to a fight between the dragons or griffons, he can't recall.
He and Sky had this Apollo/Hyacinth type of relationship and the two were always seen together.
Sky lost his life before Flash got trapped in the limbo.
Flash remains as a first lieutenant of a platoon. If anything, Shining considers him to still be an impeccable fighter.
He will visit Ponyville, specifically Rockhoof's neighborhood, to see Rockhoof himself.
He was one of Commander Hurricane's best warriors.
Flash's face is scarred by many battles. Thanks to some unicorn magic by Clover the Clever, he can keep the disguise of a relatively unscathed warrior.
Many ponies assumed he was going to date Nimbus Dash. Yes, ponies thought he'd get together with Nimbus, but in reality, they were really the gay + lesbian best friend duo.
History books have mistaken Nimbus Dash for Skyward Roar. This really pissed him off because Sky was the one who lost his life, not Nimbus and Nimbus herself has survived.
He did call Sky Hyacinth nonetheless. The two referred to each other with these two's names.
He can break the sound barrier and he has when he saw Sky lie motionless on the ground. This drove him to a vengeful berserk state where until he defeated everyone of the enemies, he wouldn't stop.
Flash thinks about him from time to time.
His grudge against griffons and dragons disappeared, but a part of him wishes he could do what they did to Skyward.
Flash is Gallus and Smolder's favorite legend.
He will confess that he wishes he didn't dream of wiping the griffons and/or dragons out.
PTSD sufferer and doing his best to deal with it professionally.
Somnambula:
Somnambula is pan
BFFs with Mistmane and Meadowbrook
She and the prince remained best friends until the end.
She has nerves of steel and rarely can you catch her without her smile.
Still living in Somnambula (the city).
She and the Sphinx, named Amethes, made up and decided to be friends.
This is another cursed rarepair, but they definitely became roommates and then girlfriends. Yes, it's happening.
She has become a motivational speaker.
She sleeps on Amethes' back or belly because soft, warm, and fluffy.
She likes reading fiction quite a lot.
Unironically, she has gathered Daring Do books to read.
Somnambula herself can make good decisions, but she will ask her girlfriend if the decisions should be done or not. Amethes can offer quite a lot of good ideas about stuff.
Somnambula can always be found inside the pyramid, where she is often talking about philosophical things with Amethes.
She has the Cleopatra vibe going on.
She and Mage Meadowbrook are the total opposites: She finds everypony for hot, Mage Meadowbrook counters with climate change.
She can be a really good philosopher, much to Amethes' dismay.
She still sees the prince's statue with her girlfriend, often thinking about the times he has tried to repay her kindness.
Amethes has indeed survived and she returned to the pyramid. Somnambula still chose to make her her roommate and girlfriend because in her eyes there are no enemies.
I remember reading these comic issues and my goodness, I did not expect to get an amazing new lore for Celestia like Mirror Sombra and OG Celestia were a real bloody couple and I want more of them!
I am obsessed with those two because tragic lovers just so happens to be my favorite!
The headcanons are basically the same (with some more headcanons) as in the old post with the poll. I sadly don't know how to add wheelchairs and the like in Pony Town, but I'm quite happy with how they turned out!
Anyhow, headcanons time!
Apple Bloom:
She is wheelchair-bound (inspired by the Apple Sleep Accident).
She is a cunning and clever filly.
She is the de facto club president.
She and Rumble will eventually become a thing.
She hates how overprotective Applejack is of her.
She will get a copy of Applejack's murderous stare from her and Rainbow's wedding.
Still bffs with Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle.
She is the one to ask Sweetie Belle about why the friendship bracelets spell A.S.S. (Apple Bloom, Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle).
She is like a Southern Belle.
Definitely a tomboy.
She will continue to lead the CMC club.
She will be the last one to actually enter the dating game when she grows up.
She is indeed permanently paraplegic.
She got paralyzed when a tree struck by lightning fell on her back hooves during a storm. This also heightened Applejack's big sister instincts to eleven.
She can handle herself, and she hates how overprotective her sister has become.
She does her best to help around the orchard, but is often told to stay home, so she decided to help Sugar Belle out in Sugarcube Corner.
She visits the Pear-Apple hybrid tree frequently, often speaking to it as if speaking to parents she never knew.
While Big Mac and Applejack grew up knowing their parents, Apple Bloom was just an infant when the Timberwolf incident happened.
She is an incredibly talented alchemist, according to Zecora and Princess Twilight Sparkle.
Apple Bloom has decided to have an alchemist's table, so she can create potions to help the orchard out.
She will sometimes have Winona as her guide dog.
Extremely curly hair.
She can play the acoustic guitar.
Her mane has been cut short for her safety, but she does have a bun.
Winona is her guide dog.
The scarf is a gift from one of her grandmas. If you asked which one, she wouldn't remember.
A simple T-shirt is always on.
She is an ambivert, unlike her bffs.
Scootaloo:
She has crutches under her wings.
She has ADHD and hyperfixates on creating things and extreme sports.
She has decided to go low contact with her parents, preferring to live with her lesbian aunts.
She and Terramar have decided to hang out more, and eventually they will become a couple.
She is definitely a tomboy.
She will always cut her mane if it grows too long.
She is an incredible mechanic.
She has met with Lightning Dust in Manehatten when visiting Babs Seed, and it's often tense before Lightning Dust leaves.
Scootaloo often reflects on her life choices and decides that, without them, she wouldn't be here.
She is happy to live with her aunts and have her adoptive parents (aka Rainbow's parents) support her through and through.
She loves traveling around the world, even if she has mobility issues, she doesn't let them stop her.
If she has free time and doesn't have to try to do another one of Apple Bloom's ideas, she goes to Seaquestria to explore the deep sea with Terramar.
She has considered moving to Seaquestria, but decided to stick to Ponyville until she felt ready to live there.
She has a necklace that helps he transform from pony to seapony by Terramar.
She considerably hates wearing dresses and will avoid them if she can.
She likes to scoot around with her scooter.
Her ideas often align with Extreme Sports.
She will have ear piercings.
She has inherited Rainbow's sass.
She will engineer prosthetics for herself so she can fly.
She keeps a swear jar to get money from Rainbow. An idea she got from Sweetie Belle.
She is nearsighted, so that's why she needed glasses.
Always with a tank top in dark colors.
She also wears a skull necklace from Rainbow.
She also has a pair of hoof sleeves because of the "cool" rule.
She is a punker.
She is an extrovert.
Sweetie Belle:
She has a crush on Spike.
She and Spike will eventually become a couple.
She has joined the Pony Tones, and her sister couldn't be prouder.
She got the idea for the swear jar from Spike, and now she constantly shakes it to remind her sister about it.
She is the girly girl of the three.
She will get earrings soon.
She likes listening to pop, alt, and indie music.
She has an incredible voice for a filly.
She is autistic.
She is obsessed with music and hopes to become a singer one day.
She has gotten autographs with Rai, Sapphire Shores, Feather Melody, and Songbird Serenade.
She will be very aware that once Spike becomes her boyfriend, her sister will become jealous for absolutely no reason.
She likes dancing when no one is looking.
She has written some songs and even created music for them when no one was looking.
She frankly practices with the Pony Tones because she loves how well they sing. She has talked about how she was envious of Rarity because she was a part of them.
She has to travel a lot for some of her gigs, but her best friends still come along.
She is a musical prodigy, the second one after Rai.
She also has curly hair like Apple Bloom.
She is doing her best to get better at singing.
She is also focused on learning to play the flute.
She keeps her mane loose and in two ponytails.
She has ear hoops thanks to her sister.
She wears red boots, a red tank top, and a black skirt.
She has golden bracelets.
She has acted as a poster child for her sister's business.
She has dental braces, making her look like a dorky filly.
She is considerably extroverted.
She turned out to be farsighted, so that's why she needs glasses.
I decided I was going to make these two together. I do have some HCs for them, though they probably aren't many. Doesn't mean i won't make as many as they come to my head.
I'm still quite happy with how they turned out!
Princess Celestia:
She is a huge cake lover
Supportive of her son, Eris Solaris
She is also supportive of her daughter, Light Breeze.
She kept the piece of the mirror with her until the end.
Star earrings and golden glasses.
Her mane is now curly!
I gave her some stylish clothes.
She wears a necklace with a purple heart that's а gift from Mirror Sombra
She still hopes to see him someday.
Whenever she looks at Main Sombra, she gets flashbacks of her former lover.
She did confess that she realized what Star Swirl meant when he warned her a millennium ago.
Amazing voice.
Despite her stoic exterior, she is not really this unfeeling.
She is a huge fan of the theater.
She'd love to chat with fellow rulers and spend time with them.
Sun goddess.
She cannot unsee the image of her lover in Prime Sombra's eyes.
She can be fun too, if she didn't have duties to handle.
Unlike her little sister, she is very accustomed to hearing complaints and often looks for keywords to determine the best course of action.
She likes listening to Lo-fi music.
She has a way to disguise herself as a normal, everyday pony and observe how her subjects do.
Known to leave Luna some stuff when she decides it's break time.
"Every ruler has to find a sneaky way to at least be somewhat fun! For me, it's leaving Luna all the boring parts when the night comes." -- Princess Celestia.
She is fond of letting ponies decide to style her mane.
She and Luna occasionally have prank wars and test each other out.

Has survived her marriage with Prime Sombra.

She wears a black dress because it's a good fit.
Ear piercings.
She will listen to rock on her patrols.
She is indeed a lucid and vivid dreamer.
She likes her coffee black.
"Hmph, sister dearest doth truly act like a filly this night, abandoning ME with mountains of parchment for her own frivolous repose. I am no mere scullery maid to be treated thusly, sister!" -- Princess Luna
Luna has indeed gone through several phases in her immortal life.
She is fond of dancing.
Luna has had her mane stylized more than Rarity ever could, and Rarity has a huge count of how many times she has stylized her mane.
Here's a little thing with my versions of the characters. We have Celestia and Mirror Sombra chatting while Luna is spying on them. Celestia is being quite cheerful, Sombra is just happy to listen to his lover talk, and Luna is just being a bit paranoid of what this implies due to Sombra being Sombra.
