Mahanon looked away at the question, his expression turning somber. “At times.” He said, “But do you understand why I had to do it? Why I had to distance myself from them? I may be without Clan, and I may miss them dearly, but it was for the best.”

That smug smirk was the last straw. Dorian had beenpestering him for some time about if Solas had made any progress on the originof the self-proclaimed god; to which Solas had to reply that he hadn’t. Andwhen Solas noticed the condescending way that the other mage regarded him, hejust sort of lost his self-control.
Grabbing Dorian by the collar, Solas slammed him into thewall of the rotunda. Initially he had been intending to tell Dorian off; tomind his own business. But this was an act that his body was familiar with;albeit from a time before his slumber. So before he quite recognized what he wasdoing, his mouth was on Dorian’s, and he was biting on the other man’s lip.
"Do you want it?"
Aedis nodded wordlessly, looking up at Dorian through his eyelashes.
He smiled at him "Mm, hello Inquisitor."
Aedis raised an eyebrow at the voice and looked up from his book. “Hello, Dorian.” he greeted in return with a smile.
“Want to make some hot chocolate and make s'mores in the microwave?“
“That’s the best idea I’ve heard all day.” Toni replied, not moving her head from his shoulder though.
New Faces
He wasn’t at all ready to be walking through the massive gates at Skyhold. He hadnt been ready for that, he hadn’t been ready for all the people meeting him along the way, hadn’t been ready for the nice rooms he was given or the knowledge that he’d met the Inquisitor!
To get some quiet, he’d decided to explore the fortress and had ended up in the library, looking over all the titles of books as he fiddled with the seam of his gloves.
