I saw "Gyaru can't be kind to Otaku?" recommended on here and immediately binged it. I'm quite happy to say that in the ninth volume, a new character who immediately saw through Their Whole Deal suggests The Solution to the girls as a joke. They're all like "that's ridiculous, it could never work... or could it?"
Some people would complain that it took them nine volumes, but I love a slow burn. The author made it VERY obvious the whole time that this is the intended outcome, which really kept me invested.

I had heard about the recent chapters including a "haha...unless?" moment in them, I've been meaning to look into it.
And honestly nine volumes isn't that bad! Umi no Misaki didn't confirm the main trio until the end, and that was 15 volumes! It's great to hear it was obvious though, even if I'm always really apprehensive of whether or not it will actually happen lol. I really have to pick up volume one soon.
