one thing about the harry potter fandom that I despise is when people some ships demoralize the original couple. For example reading a Jegulus fanfic, sometimes they need to make Lily Evens look like the bad guy to upstart there relationship or kill her off in order to make Harry there son.
When they demoralize Tonks in order to upstart wolfstar that also sucks, when they want to write a drarry fic but ruining Ginny's character seems like the perfect way in order to get the plot across. When you want to write Dramionie but make Astoria seem like this selfish asshole all because she was born with a vagina.
The whole point im trying to make is that being a women in the hp canon verse seems like a curse because all people do is tear down there character.

Hermione was oversexualized
Cho was grieving but of coarse we have to ruin her too

No matter how much you want to criticize rowling because of her homophobic views and whatever bullshit she writes on the interent one part that you guys really love writing about anti-feminism in the fics.
