“Time’s Arrow, part II” (S06E01, Stardate 46001.3) was a disappointment. There are holes everywhere, and the Mark Twain character gets more annoying with each minute. The concepts are there, but the execution falls dreadfully flat, especially concerning the Picard/Guinan pieces.
