datefriend aesthetics i associate w/ them:

eros: 80s music video aesthetic with lots of synth and shiny costumes, in the evening when the sky is a gorgeous pink with a bit of orange and yellow and fading into a dark blue/purple, the words “gorgeous” and “heartbeat” among others, very free-flowing smooth calligraphy, drawing a big heart in the sand at the beach, neon signs, that specific feeling when you’re in the back of the car on the way home after a trip out all day and its very quiet and u look at the night sky through the window and theres just this serene calmness, singing early in the morning while you get ready, those videos on tumblr with people playing with glittery slime stuff thats really cool and calming, the smell of vanilla, really cute decorated sugar cookies, abstract polygonal artwork, the feeling when you touch your hair and its really clean and soft, dark cool colors contrasted with light warm colors, the moon, glowsticks, bioluminescent organisms, glowy things in general, ocean noises (waves crashing onto the rocks with seagulls in the distance)

bucky: sitting on a wooden porch railing at midday, shooting stars, cats curled up in the sun, trees with rays of sunlight filtering through the leaves, the color yellow and sunlight in general, cacti and other little succulents (esp ones with little flowers on them!), little scribbly “i love you” post it notes, alphabet magnets on a refrigerator spelling little messages, catching fireflies on summer nights, toasted marshmallows, when you’re laughing with friends and it just hits u how much u love them and everything seems like its gonna be okay in that moment, the feeling of wearing a nice warm sweater when its cold outside, that smell when something is really warm? like if you have a heater running and it just. smells warm?, teddy bears, warm biscuits fresh out of the oven, colored pencils, bright colors but also muted yellows and pinks and browns, honeysuckle, stone cottages with ivy crawling up the walls, captain america movies, small chubby birds

This is really gay

I was in the shower, and my mind wandered to Penny.(not in a sexually way tho)

I realized we met almost a year ago. Wow. 

when we first met,in the gamingkin network, she still mostly went by Weiss and I was confused because I didn’t know RWBY at the time, so I wondered why her name was ‘White’ in german.

I remember being really awkward at first,almost avoidant tbh?

I remembered watching RWBY and being really excited and being like “look,it’s you!” and then I figured out I’m kin with Ruby.

I remember one thing is particular, I found the whole “don’t touch me” moment,and being “hey look,it’s us!” (and the chorus of “that’s gay”)

Then slowly over a month or two, my feelings developed, and stronger the  more I talked to her.

I think we’ve been dating about 6-7 months?

Idc, but I’m really gay for her.
