Locked-down and rained-in, what can I do apart from baking some scones and brewing up a pot of @chai_walli spicy chai? All I wanted to do yesterday is having tea and eating homemade date scones seasoned with winter spices like cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, all spice, crowned by a dollop of clotted cream. That was not going to happen since our oven has decided to give up its gost. Perfect timing so close before the holidays, isn't it? Aaaargh....
