i will! i sort of do that but i tend to keep my distance from that person with the balloon... and it is!! its like 'okay its your birthday, that's great. but do you really need to bring balloons and show off????' its mainly because sometimes their friends or they actually choose to bring one to school to feel special or smth... i have no idea but it's really irritating
