Lovers with Hats

The main premise would be that you're a neighbour that just moved next door to Carl and Paul. There would be three main routes: Polyamory, Paul, and Carl.

Carl's Route: A Craving Only You Can Satisfy

Paul's Route: Good Enough To Be The Moon

Polyamory Route: Lovers with Hats 3

Each route would have different endings: Love endings, Friendship endings, and Enemy endings, which equals nine endings in total!

I have the plot of the story already, but I don't know whether or not anyone would want to play as an old man, which you decide name and appearance, romancing other old men.

Or the other idea is you make a character of any gender, who is old, and romance other old folk. Again you would choose name and appearance, but also gender for this character.

I have 4 characters already drawn up and ideas for 5 others already. I just wanted to see if anyone would be interested in either version of a dating sim revolving around romancing old folk/men. Because stories about old folk falling in love and spending the rest of their days together make me unbelieveably happy. I'll probably be working on this project for a while, but I guess I want to see if there'd be any interest in it. If you have anything you'd like to say feel free to message me or leave them in the tags and I will read them! I will make a tag for the game so if I post more content about it you can find it by searching "the tides are coming". I will leave the plot below as well!

Plot:

Your daughter has decided that you are going to be living with her after the last accident you had, which left you in the hospital for a week. It was your worst fall yet. So you have packed up and moved out of the farm house you lived in the past 30 years. The last 5 years were spent alone after the death of your spouse. So you pack up your things, leaving the house and farmland to your Nephew’s son because your daughter and her small family are not interested in it. You move to a small portside city where your daughter and her partner are living. Their child had just moved out to go to college so they are more than happy to take you in. Though you suspect they’ll come back after schooling is done, so you may want to look for your own place, though your daughter may say it’s not necessary. Best keep all options open. It’s there in Fyrestrum, the portside city, where you meet a thriving community of old folk and culture. Take your time to talk to those around you and if you’re lucky maybe you’ll find a new love to boot. Good luck and remember no matter what you are loved.

Been working on a personal project of mine that deals with personifications of popular Halloween and Christmas candies/treats!

My original idea is to make it into a game of some sort, however, I'm still brainstorming exactly what kinda that would be-a fighting game? an RPG? a dating sim!? There are way too many options and I have never made a game before, so I'm having fun experimenting.

I don't wanna reveal too much all at once. I have a bad habit of showing things off and never continuing or finishing them. I don't want this project to go down the same path. I'd love to see it turn into something and show ya guys.

Video Game Idea

A game that starts as a horror game but morphs into a dating sim like a reverse Doki Doki Literature club

You're lost in some creepy woods terrified out of your mind about monsters you keep barely escaping from but then when you finally get caught by one it turns out they're really nice and just want to help you get back to where you were going.

You can either attempt to date or befriend them, and since there are multiple monsters you can go the ploy route and just date them all if you want.

Werewolves, vampires, demons with varying degrees of human resemblance, Eldrich horrors, ghosts, something for everyone

Ok, I have never played a dating sim before,

But after watching a clip of two dudes playing a dating sim, thinking that the male protagonist’s only male friend was in love with him, and made a fanfic manga with the two of them getting together

I want a dating sim were there’s a secret route were the protagonist ends up with their best friend of the same gender.

Or

One were the protagonist’s name is gender neutral and no one in the game uses pronouns for them, and you learn at the end or something that you were playing as a guy winning over a bunch of guys or a girl winning over a bunch of girls.
