A clone of a clone of a clone of a clone of a clone of a clone of a clone of a clone of a clone finally rescuing her wife at the end of a soulslike game.
Her eyes are hollowed yet young, as she drops the blade at her side. Clattering into cooling blood, as her pale fingers reach for the woman across the room.
Her āmemoriesā are photocopies blurred and distorted and distantā¦
And yet⦠something within her hours old brain⦠deeper than flesh⦠stirs at the sight of her⦠of her pained smileā¦
And so⦠she cries.
Warm and wracking as arms embrace her.
Cries.
For a sadness she doesnāt⦠canāt⦠understand.

Finally got around to drawing up some story stuff for a shadow gens follow up game concept I came up with for fun in May! I have a few other ideas for diff game concepts, but this is one Iām super passionate about!!
So hereās a Drabble of what Iāve got so far! My hands are super sore after all the writing Iāve done these last few days loll, so gonna try and rest up my hands for a while.
šGAME CONCEPT: SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG: TEAM DARKš
I've been thinking about making a game where a Human and Robloxian team up to find out why their worlds are bleeding together and where a lot of monsters coming from these intergalactic rifts are coming from.
Gameplay would center around "buddy mechanics" and "buddy combat", with some lulls and other missions off to the side.
The "buddy mechanics" would feature puzzle problem solving, teamwork actions, and co-op rewards for those who pair up with their little Robloxian buddy.
The "buddy combat" would feature like the Mario Bros attacks from the Mario and Luigi game series. The Human would perform more powerful "big buddy attacks" at the cost a lot more energy and their function would be keyboard or movement inputs.
Likewise, their smaller Robloxian companion would do "little buddy attacks", in which they are thrown into combat by their human friend and their abilities require timing to do more damage. The more precise you time it, the higher damage and critical hits you can perform. They can also do multi-attacks!
In their own world, the Human and Robloxian work together to fight off invading rift monsters, save the admins, and return Robloxia back to normal--while also finding out who is behind the rifts ripping across time and space!
Idk, I just wanted to splurge a little idea I had for a game.

OPERATION: ROBLOXIA
I've been working on some ref sheets and concepts for Operation: Robloxia, a stealth, point and click/decision based first person game that has first person shooter sections. Feel free to ask some questions
Iāve decided to post all of the progress here as well, not just on instagram. Some people have asked to be tagged once I post some progress, but I canāt remember who they were. So if you wanna see future progress, let me know and Iāll tag you!
This one may not look too different from the previous one, but nothing really turned out the way I intended to.
The colors, the textures, the focus, the sounds, the camera, everything just seems so off, and oh boy the animation⦠this is the result of rushing and not knowing what Iām doing, just inserting keyframes, tweaking the graph editor and hoping for the best. So maybe signing up for this project wasnāt a great idea after all lol. Plus the datapadās not even fully textured, you can literally see where I started adding details on the front, then for some reason I just left off lol
One thing Iāll definitely work on in the future is the menu itself, because if this project is for a graphic design thesis, then I might as well try to make the only thing that has something to do with it look more presentable. Iāll definitely be changing up the fonts, and I have some other ideas for the background as well.
But for now, Iāll move on to the remaining 5 character menu animations. Originally there were gonna be 5, not 7. At first I was randomly picking out the characters I wanted to make one for, then I realized, itād probably be best, if each squad got one animation. The 501st gets Rex, the 212th gets Cody, the CG gets Fox, the 104th gets Wolffe, and the 241st gets Tukk. CF99 got Hunter but I really wanted to make one for Tech as well, since modeling and texturing him took the longest š
Once all of thatās done, I can finally move on to animating the trailer video. Which Iām terrified of, but oh well lol
