Emmrich collar pin is finished and I am actually very content with the results!!
I can't believe that it took me this long to realize that, if I was VERY delicate with it, I could use my foam clay to sculpt the wing bits, then do my metal look technique:
1 layer of bronze acrylic paint
2 layers of bronze acrylic paint mixed with watery brown Mod Podge
2 layers of brown Mod Podge
*leave to dry for a few hours
Careful black-wash
Final layer of brown Mod Podge to seal it in and provide casing/reflectiveness.
Four Rooks Walk Into A Con
My friends and I dressed as Rooks at JordanCon 2026 in Atlanta. We had a Crow, a Mourn Watcher, a Lord of Fortune, and my Grey Warden. Here are a couple pictures of our group :) . Also pics with me and my Neve doll, my favorite romance, at the end. Doll by WhimsicWorks

I don't post Cosplay things on here very often anymore, but I'm actually really happy with how my Rook fit turned out despite how simple it is.
Yeticon is always great for photos, and even more so for a Rook de Riva with the city/Treviso vibes at night. Plus playing with the glowing dagger was fun.

All rings for both right and left hand + chain with coins
Skull collar pin
Bronze rolo chains (only pinned)
All non-statement piece bangles
Black and white (mixable) paint for my hair + contouring makeup
(The hair is too dark here, but it is the only time I have fully covered it so far)
I have all of the rings!!
Slightly more suggestive ones (it wouldn't let me use the cut, there's a glitch right now)

I should have all of the rest of the rings by Wednesday, the more specific ones are coming from Depop, while the simple brass bands that I purchased are from Etsy. 🫶
