Hold on, more about hardened Lucanis real quick.
Rook finds out about Murder of Crows (Save Caterina quest) from Lucanis instead of being told to meet Teia and Viago in Minrathous.
Which means we miss going into Lucanis' mind to help him and Spite reach an agreement.
Which starts with Spite asking Rook for help.
Murder of Crows is Lucanis' personal quest, but why would Viago just pass the information along when otherwise he asks to speak with Lucanis AND Rook?
Obviously the whole point of that meeting is just to give Spite's quest reason to happen, but narratively why wouldn't Spite ask Rook for help even with Lucanis hardened?
Maybe because Spite doesn't trust Rook? 👀 Maybe because Lucanis doesn't trust Rook? 👀👀
This is why I'm saying, it doesn't make sense for Lucanis to forgive Rook !!!!!!! >:U
There is no other reason for that quest not to happen otherwise???
ON THE TOPIC OF..... Murder of Crows.
Lucanis still asks Rook what he should do with Illario??? The option to choose is just taken away from the player, auto-forcing Rook to tell Lucanis, "Think of all the problems he's caused, you can't trust him, he's evil" etc.
I just think that's weird!! similar to hardened neve, who can argue against siding with rana, rook either should have been given the choice for lucanis to ignore, OR he should have just decided without rook's input at all.
