Happy Daughter's Day Darling!

In honor of it still being National Daughter's Day for a little longer.

I like to think that if Astarion had a child he'd be a total girl dad. I can imagine him putting little red ribbons in her hair as she is jumping happily in place giggling and squirming trying to play fetch with Scratch.

Sitting by the camp fire as she comes waddling over with Karlach's teddy bear in one hand and one of his many books in the other sucking on her little thumb asking for a story.

Teaching her to pick pocket Gail when he isn't looking

I can imagine what he is like when she has her heart broken for the first time, as she is crying and he's embracing her, stroking her head and contemplating where he could hide a body.

I can see him, absolutely enjoying shopping trips in the city and spending every last gold piece that people in the camp have to just spoil her with the most beautiful dresses and shoes.

Teaching her to defend herself, with a bow and being completly proud as she gets excited for hitting the target dummies in camp.

I can see him worring over every little fall that she takes, even though she is as ever ounce of independant and fearless as her mom and just gets right back up.

How he melts every time she calls out to him, because he is her most favorite person in the whole world.

These are my little headcanons, my happy place, for a character that I've made. And today was the perfect day for it! ♥
