Daunters does not further some selfish deity agenda.

(it was based off a dream I had...yep, I have some weeeird specific dreams)

So I ended up dreaming and made two characters.

Lotuna is clearly done based off a Lurantis, the made backstory is that she is a pigmy mantis of a species that died off and she thinks she is the only breathing member of it, now helping Fauneers in their task of animal preservation.

Assoke is a Daunter,previously an assassin whose family long descends from deepnest, he started as a bandit and with growing experience started on taking hitman tasks, assassinating assigned bugs, eventually he found himself growing interest with the Daunters’ lifestyle, eventually becoming a member.

So for a time, Fauneers and Daunters were actually just 2 lovely bugs.

Daunters are always selling the parts of the beasts they slay if they won’t do anything with them.
