Howard Devoto - Some Will Pay (For What Others Pay To Avoid) (1983)

From Howard Devoto's first and only "solo" LP Jerky Versions of the Dream. Other than Rainy Season, it didn't make a huge impression on me at the time, but upon revisiting, I've found a number of songs that I like.

But now it's come to this I will deliberately miss you
