there are many different types of video games and you are not less valid for preferring non-violent or cozy-style video games over violent or competitive games. you are free to play whatever video games you want to play, even if they're niche, childish, or weird.

plurality is a spectrum and there are many different ways one can be or feel plural, all of which are completely valid. it's okay to enjoy your plurality and not feel as though your plurality is disordered. it's okay to use plurality to cope. you are not less valid because of these reasons.

hi! so there's a few things i'd like to address here:

1: the definition of proship just means that you're anti-harassment over ships. it means you support shipping and people's right to ship whatever they want without being shamed, bullied, or harassed for it. you may be confusing proshipping with darkshipping. darkships are ships that involve dark, disturbing, or problematic themes.

2: pedophilia is defined as the attraction to real, non-fictional, prepubescent children. it may or may not be defined as a paraphilic disorder, depending on if the attraction impairs the life of the individual and/or causes them to harm or be a risk towards others. attraction is not action and there is nothing wrong with being a pedophile. what's wrong is sexually abusing children. being a pedophile by itself does not make someone a predator or an abuser, and the word pedophile is not a synonym with those words. being a pedophile also doesn't mean someone is destined to become an abuser, hurt children, et cetera, or that they're even an actual risk to kids. everybody's experience is different, and paraphiles come in all sorts of varieties.

4: that all being said, you'd be a fictopedophile at the most, or someone with an attraction to fictional children. there's nothing wrong with that either, nor are you a threat to real children or destined to become an abuser or anything along those lines. i would do some questioning in regards to that term and if you think it fits you or not, especially considering you didn't even know this character was a kid.

5: as long as you can separate fiction from reality and understand that actually having a romantic or sexual relationship with a real child isn't okay, you're doing just fine. the laws of fiction don't apply to real life. your interests in fiction or whatever you fantasize about don't matter as long as you know not to do harmful things in reality.

there is no "wrong way" to be alterhuman. alterhuman is a unique and incredibly diverse experience for every being involved. no matter how weird or niche your identity is, you are valid. it doesn't matter if you identify as nonhuman, an animal, a concept, an object, whatever else; you are valid and your identity deserves to be respected.
