-Undrafted Quarterback out of Milton College

-played quarterback for 17 years with the Seahawks Chiefs Bears Lions & Oilers (1981-1998)

-led the Seahawks to a conference championship game in 1983 (it’s first ever in franchise history)

-went to three pro bowls as a seahawk

-finished second in the NFL in touchdown passes behind NFL MVP Dan Marino (1984)

-led the NFL in pass completion % in 1991 his final year as a seahawk

-at the time of his retirement from The Tennessee Oilers in 1998, no other quarterback in NFL history lost more fumbles than Krieg. Since then only two other players lost more fumbles than he. Former Houston Oiler Warren Moon & 3x NFL mvp Brett Favre- both of whom are in the Hall of Fame

The Jets former defensive end, Dennis Byrd, who tragically passed away on Saturday evening.

According to ESPN, Byrd, 50, was involved in a fatal car crash on an Oklahoma highway.
