Well, that’s confusing!

I’m watching Secrets & Lies and I’m 50% sure the wife did it and is framing him and am 50% sure the best friend did it and is framing him and am just not legitimately entertaining any other theories. 

I also think the cop doesn’t think he did it and her demeanor plus his own guilt and wariness about not remembering that might make him think that she thinks that. But she strikes me more as a dogged pursuer of the truth with good insight and I think she sees a lot more than she lets on to.
