Over the past two weeks I've replaced a total of 20 meals with @Soylent. About 140 cumulative hours of my life have been completely powered by the meal replacement. I've felt no ill effects to speak of during this time. I've had none of the hunger issues one might expect to have while abstaining from solid foods, and the intestinal issues, which I've been plagued with most of my life, are currently virtually non-existent. I've maintained a good store of energy, which has enabled me to continue my fairly advanced running regimine unhindered—running upwards of 40 miles each week. I've had no difficulties sleeping. My snack cravings all but disappear on Soylent-fueled days. And I'm down a total of 8.4 lbs over the last 7 days. I attribute much of this weight loss to the evacuation of solid waste. But even with that taken into account, 8.4 lbs is a sizeable number for someone of my frame. Overall, it's been a positive experience, and I plan to incorporate 2 or more "Soylent Days" into each week going forward.
