This follows my class on Friday at 10:30am, very thankful to be teaching @kingyoga.aspen . It was a rainy day so lighting was very low, and my go pro doesn't do so well in these conditions but here ya go! • As you can see Ganesha watches over the studio and removes any obstacles in my path. I struggle on a transition into a handstand but there's no need to give up, just reset, breathe and flow right through it. Some days are easier than others, one side is different from the other, it can't all be the same.
