Charlie Babbit - Rain man

I have mixed thoughts about him. Cant imagine him on a serious relationship due to his apparent lack of commitment, not because he wants to be with other women, but because its hard for him to be open and honest in a relationship. He thinks it is too much drama, and prefers to stay out of him rather than being called out on his own issues or feeling someone too close. Despite of that, I dont think he would cheat, but he is certainly not the nicest boyfriend either.

Ray Ferrier - War of the worlds

Thinking of him as a divorced dad with a messy life and a bad job, it seems like it is hard for him to even hold a relationship at all. He probably forgets he is in a relationship most of the time. Taking things for granted and dissapearing more often than not. He doesnt know how to deal with his feelings, his life, or even his kids. I dont think he would be a good boyfriend. He is older, he has kids and way too much to be worried about, doesnt mean that he doesnt love his partner, but that wouldnt be his priority. He would ogle women at his kids’ school reunions, but I dont think he would cheat at all.

David Aames - Vanilla sky

He is pretty much used to attention, he lives on it, it follows him everywhere. I think he is more the kind to have simple things, passing relationships or no commitment at all. But after seeing him in love I think he would settle. He seems like a very caring, dedicated man once he truly falls in love, which would probably lend him to focusing on the person he loves, putting aside the attention he enjoys.

Joel Goodsen - Risky business

I mean, he is a teenager, he has teenager thoughts. He wants to experiment, he wants to learn. And with the hormones and sources a teenager can have he is absolutely curious about things. But I think he would try to learn and understand from the girlfriend he might have. I like to think of him as a polite, mostly shy guy. So the fact that he has a girlfriend is enough for him. Yes, he might look a bit, who doesnt? But he wouldnt cheat.

Bill Harford - Eyes wide shut

He would certainly think about it, I mean, marriage and rutine can certainly lend to that. So his mind would probably wander around the thought. But despite the desire and wish of trying something ‘new’, he would choose the rutine he finds comfort in. Unless you do something first… We know that.

Cole Trickle - Days of Thunder

Im gonna hold your hand when I say this… Yes, he would. He is a racer, and I think big part of his fan base are just girls that watch him race and ask for autographs cause they think he is hot (honestly same). Cant picture him on a serious relationship either, sorry. He travels a lot, and if you arent by his side after every win or lost…

Pete Mitchell (Maverick) - Top Gun 1986

I have to make a distinction here; Maverick from 1986 would certainly be more tempted to, but I dont think he would to it. I think he is more the kind to have flings or one night things instead of relationships. But if he did have one, he wouldnt cheat. Maybe just wander a little.

But Maverick from Top Gun 2022 would absolutely not. Probably cause he is older now, or more mature. But he would be more compromised with his relationships.

Brian Flanagan - Cocktail

Absolutely, no doubt. First of all, he works in bars at night, take your own conclusions. And I cant picture him in a relationship at all. But if he did get into a relationship it wouldnt last much, probably cause he cheated (or tried to)

Ethan Hunt Fanfiction??

So I was wondering, I mean I don't have any ideas or anything but I kinda wanna write a Ethan Hunt FF or any fanfic based off any of Tom Cruise's characters he's played cause that man has me down bad. With both his younger and older self.

I tried finding some FFs for any of his characters but it's mostly one shots and stuff but Idk if I should even bother depending on if people will read it or not. I'm still thinking but first I have to binge all his old movies cause I've only seen a few. Like legit, I just watched Vanilla Sky a few nights ago and loved it. I even have an idea on how I would alter the story and make it less depressing like they did. I have a whole plot idea and everything but idk if anyone will read it. Tell me what u guys think.

Also, I know writing an Ethan Hunt or Maverick fanfic will be hard with all the action and storyline but I'll try my best IF I have an idea. Nah but I'm so desperate to write smth up for him. Hell for anything as long as it's got Tom Cruise in it.

Give me recommendations for what characters u want me to write about.
