Do their lives not matter? Black officers being killed during violent protests, do their lives not matter?
One, checking on a friends store, the next, just providing security at a courthouse, and the last, being run over during a protest.
Where are there calls for justice for them? How many more people are going to be killed? How is killing more going to do anything for the death of another?
So many more are dead thanks to these escalating protests. I just thought that these show the pure hypocrisy of all of this. Endangering more lives, justifying it by the loss of one.
All police officers are under arrest that were involved for the death of George Floyd. Is justice being served not enough? It shouldn’t of happened, of course, but what more can be done than to being accountability to those responsible for their misconduct?
More importantly, what is even being done, specifically by escalating violence?
He was defending a pawn store owner against criminals using George Floyd protests as an excuse to steal from businesses when he was shot and killed...

I am white, I will attest to that.
This is part of the problem with the BLM movement. This man, David Dorn, was black. The man in the video is black. Black on black crime is a bad thing. Black women bragging about getting government funds because their baby daddy left is a bad thing. Dead beat black (or non-black) dads are a bad thing.
Change the narrative. It’s not “all cops” it’s “everyone needs to respect everyone.” People, please. I respect black, asian, white police doing good. I respect black, asian, white people who pass me in the grocery store. Respect should be taught. Respect of everyone, despite of color/race/gender identity. Teach your kids that everyone has value. Everyone deserves to live.
George Floyd did not deserve to die the way he did.
Looting and rioting does not change anything, it only hurts everyone else.
Teach respect.
Earn respect.
Give respect.

His killer was quickly arrested and charged with murder. Not manslaughter, murder. His killer will be investigated by people who want to put him away, not by people who want to make excuses and destroy evidence. His killer will probably receive the death penalty or life in prison, not a shitty 5 year sentence like Amber Guyger got for killing Botham Jean in his own home.
We know nothing about David Dorn's history. We don't know if he was on drugs when he was killed. We don't know if he had a criminal record. We don't know if he looked suspicious or was being disrespectful when he was killed. And that's because everyone knows it's irrelevant. He didn't have to be a perfect angel for it to be a crime to murder him.
His life mattered. But society already recognizes that. The purpose of the protests is to demand justice when there is none.
We all know that you don't care about him either. You're only using him to silence people who want to stop police brutality. If you couldn't use him to promote your racist agenda, you would have never even mentioned him. If he died some other way, like if he died of Coronavirus after a Trump supporter coughed in is face, you'd never even know who he was.
A New York judge ruled a Fordham University student's Instagram posts constituted harassment and threats.
Fordham found Tong guilty of “threats/intimidation” and “bias and/or hate crimes” and put Tong on probation, prohibiting him from participating in athletics or student groups or from visiting campus without permission. Tong promptly sued.
Edmead agreed with Fordham in her ruling, noting that Tong failed to convince her that the slogan “‘don’t tread on me’ can be used in non-racist contexts.”
Edmead cited Dean Eldredge’s own research that said the Revolutionary War-era Gadsden flag featuring the “don’t tread on me” slogan has been “‘interpreted to convey racially-tinged messages in some contexts,’ including its use by persons associated with white-supremacist groups,” and therefore Eldredge could not reasonably “rule out the possibility … that [Tong] was merely using the Tiananmen Square anniversary as a way to veil his threats towards those who disagree with him.”
