Seeing the northern lights is high up on my personal bucket list. Though I have no plans to make my way northwards to gaze in wide eyed wonder at the phenomenon just yet, I’ll gladly take comfort and joy in this new song from Satin Jackets and the beautiful picture it paints with its nu-disco brushstrokes. The German dance duo has partnered up with UK songwriter/vocalist David Harks on Northern Lights to give us a sleek sashaying, funky prancing groover. Though it’s probably freezing up where we can see the northern lights, Satin Jackets and David Harks’ Northern Lights offers up plenty of warmth with its marimba impelled Balearic glow.
