I'm making this post bc I just want to let everyone know about these types of scams. these people will most likely hack your account and try to steal your info after you try to 'save' your account. in reality, they'll most likely somehow hack it and ask for passwords. hence, just make sure to email actual tumblr support on this issue.
UPDATE: the scammer deleted the convo PFFTTT. worse thing, they followed me a year ago. did one of my followers get hacked? oh no :(
