HEAR: The Orwells "Who Needs You"

It's a song about making this a better world in your way. It's about defying defiance. It's about patriotism in the most traditional nontraditional ways.

Their sound is remarkably simple and straight forward. Mario Cuomo's vocals are vaguely reminiscent of a slightly ranty Black Francis/Frank Black/Charles Thompson of The Pixies. That's a compliment.

And to paraphrase Letterman when The Orwells appeared on The Late Show in January, 2014, that's just what I needed.
