i feel like there is a sleep in me that needs to be slept but each time i sleep i don't sleep that sleep
I think Taylor’s next album will be heavily inspired by the beginning of this married chapter so I could see a world in which she doesn’t share any wedding photos until she is firmly in that album’s era. Which I think wouldn’t be until Spring 2027 at the earliest.
living under a rock is so fun i love watching a movie that’s been famous for decades and being like wow this is so good.. did you guys know about this
Weekly Watches
Documenting finished series/new movie watches this Summer (and maybe beyond)
Week of 7/6/26
Arrested Development Season 1 (Netflix) I totally missed this show the first time around when it was on Fox (and later Netflix). It definitely feels early 2000s dated but was actually way funnier than I thought it would be. I'm not super invested in the characters, so I don't know that I'll go to season 2 but I'm not counting it completely out. 3.5 ⭐️
Love Island Season 8 (Peacock) What a season...I was so over it by the last week. Loved the first and second place couple but Sincere's behavior and everyone encouraging Melanie to stick with it made it unwatchable to me after movie night. I really hope she sees the light once she's out of the villa. 4⭐️
BBQ Brawl Season 7 (HBO Max) I've been such a fan of Brooke Williamson since her Top Chef days, seeing her move from judge to coach was great and her banter with Bobby is actually sweet. An overall good season if you love competition food shows! 4 ⭐️
Week of 6/29/26--I was out of commission with an eye thing this week so no new watches!
Week of 6/22/26
1. The Real Housewives of Rhode Island Season 1 (Peacock) What a freshman season! Just a great group of women with lots of personality and character. I found them to be very genuine and fun. Sad to hear Liz won’t be back but the rest of the women can carry it fine. 4.5 ⭐️
2. The Summer I Turned Pretty (Prime) I am clearly very behind. Phenomenal use of music in this show. Reminds me of CW shows in early 2000s with the use of music. Show was a bit cheesy…I’m going to keep going for the Taylor songs. But we shall see if I can last another full season. 3 ⭐️
Week of 6/15/26
1. America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders Season 3 (Netflix) I am an OG watcher since CMT’s days when all auditions were done in person. I do like the updated format of the Netflix show and love to see how much Kelly and Judy (the coach’s) have softened over the years. Also love that they finally are getting PAID but that’s really going to change the landscape of the squad moving forward. 3.5 ⭐️
Week of 6/8/26
Top Chef: Carolinas (Peacock) I was worried about Kristin stepping in as the host when Padma left but in her 2nd season she really bloomed and the whole show feels so much more LIGHT and FUN and Kristin really humanizes the chefs in a way we hadn’t seen previously. Also I picked the winner in the first episode so I was happy with this outcome! 4 ⭐️
Summer House Season 10 (Peacock) I am a bravoholic and Summer House is my favorite Bravo show of all time so when I tell you I am SICK over this West and Amanda BS. The whole thing is a hot mess and I can only conclude that West and Amanda are self centered narcissists with some type of drug problem. If either of them get to come back I don’t think I’ll be able to watch and it will make me so sad. 4 ⭐️
The Diplomat Season 2: (Netflix) a great season! Ended on a great cliffhanger! Just a well paced show and I like all of the actors (don’t like all of the characters). Looking forward to diving in to season 3 soon. 4.5 ⭐️
Week of 6/1/26
Masters of the Universe: (theaters) My husband is a huge He-Man fan so he absolutely loved it. I’m not very familiar with the story/characters but I still thought it was a fun movie, I liked all of the actors, the bad guys were legit scary, but it was a little cheesy and I’m not sure I will rewatch. 3.5 ⭐️
24 in 24 Season 3: (Food Network) If there is one thing I love it’s a cooking show. I’ve seen them all! This was a great season with some real stand out chefs from other competition shows. I’ve been following the career of the person who ended up winning for a very long time so overall was a great watch! 4 ⭐️
Week of 5/25/26
Ladies First: (Netflix movie) Cute, predictable, but loved all the branding pieces (Burger Queen) and matriarchal society. 2.5 ⭐️
The Boroughs: (Netflix TV show) Stranger Things but make it about a retirement community. Wholesome with some interesting suspense. An unexpected theme about just really loving your wife? Haha would recommend. 3.5 ⭐️
Noah Kahan Out of Body: (Netflix Doc) Love Noah’s new album. I think I should have watched this doc first but alas. Good view into his life. It’s no Miss Americana but few docs could be. (Lol) 3 ⭐️
Summer House reunion part 1 has taken up a lot of brain space this week too but I’m only listing shows I’ve watched fully.
“What radicalized you?”
A bunch of privileged poseurs presenting themselves as super duper morally pure and concerned about human rights bragging about how they couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum of civic duty to stop a raping white supremacist from becoming president against liberal women twice or stop the Supreme Court from becoming ultra conservative-majority and stripping back decades of progress and civil rights. Oh sorry, is that answer not allowed?
Haven’t had a chance to watch the tutorial yet, but I’m seriously considering making this for my gf’s niece

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce recreated the menu from an N.Y.C. Italian restaurant for their rehearsal dinner
The intimate event featured romantic decor and speeches, a source tells PEOPLE, with celebrity friends like Lena Dunham and Jack Antonoff attending
The couple’s MSG wedding included 1,000 guests, a forest-like setting, Italian food and a dessert table with 30 cakes
Before Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce tied the knot, they kicked off their nuptials with an intimate rehearsal celebration.
The dinner, which brought together the couple’s family and friends on Thursday, July 2 in the Infosys Theater at Madison Square Garden, featured food from N.Y.C. Italian restaurant Sartiano’s, a source tells PEOPLE exclusively.
“They did a recreation of the menu from the restaurant for Taylor and Travis,” the source says.
“The rehearsal was very intimate, it felt small and like a mini wedding,” the insider continues of the evening. “There were speeches, there was so much love in the air.”
They add, “There were tasteful flowers around and the decor was romantic, but tasteful, it was much more scaled back and intimate than the wedding the next day.”
Per Sartiano’s website, the restaurant located in The Mercer hotel in SoHo focuses on the intersection of “timeless elegance” and “downtown energy,” with a menu featuring a range of Italian pastas, steaks and mains.
The menu includes a caviar section, along with crudo and tartare offerings and salad options.
The appetizers also include a house-made focaccia, served with whipped ricotta, a burrata dish, fritto misto with calamari and rock shrimp and more.
The menu has pastas ranging from Wagyu beef ragú fusilli to Maine lobster and Calabrian chili butter bucatini, along with various cuts of steak.
The restaurant’s mains also include a Dover sole and branzino, with sides like fingerling potatoes with truffle aioli and roasted carrots with pomegranate yogurt.
Swift and Kelce, both 36, are known for stepping out to N.Y.C. hotspots for date nights, and they are fans of the SoHo Italian spot. The pair were seen arriving hand-in-hand at the restaurant for a date night on Friday, May 22.
Another source tells PEOPLE the dinner was “very touching and intimate.”
Glennon’s comment under her post too 🥹
