Donald Trump’s war on DEI policies has caused a number of major corporations to bend the knee. [...] Costco is receiving some online praise, for example, after more than 98% of shareholders recently rejected a shareholder proposal for a report on any risks posed by the company’s DEI policies. JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon and Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon have faced similar activist proposals at their companies, but speaking at this week’s World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, both said they remain committed to seeking out diverse talent despite the right-wing crusade. Asked in a CNBC interview about the anti-DEI push among investors, Dimon said: “Bring them on.” A number of other CEOs at Davos, including Pinterest CEO Bill Ready, Vista Equity Partners CEO Robert Smith and Cisco CEO Chuck Robbins, all vowed that their companies will remain committed to prioritizing diversity even as they navigate the new legal terrain under Trump. And good on them for that. Let’s hope they follow through, because doing so makes good business sense. DEI programs help foster work environments that studies have shown are more productive than ones where diversity isn’t emphasized.

oh this is a good question. i'm going to answer for the in seeking paradise crew, because i'm still focusing on that a bit right now! i won't do the whole cast, but i'll do the ones that i think have the widest range of responses as a group!
knives would fucking adore bambi. he loves little animals. he would love to hold her like a baby and kiss her little tummy. he would cry the first time she nips him (she does play-bites sometimes).
salem would love her as well, but she'd also be kinda confused about what to do with a dog that small. she's not used to that. she'd be scared to pick bambi up for fear of dropping her.
david would unfortunately be very afraid of bambi. they don't do well with dogs in general </3 they'd think she's cute but they would respectfully ask to not have to hold her.
romeo strongly dislikes most animals, especially ones that shed. considering the amount of clothing i have that is just covered in bambi hair... yeah </3
luke would fucking adore her, but like salem, he would be confused about what to do with her. i think luke is firmly in the camp of like... he usually dislikes small dogs, but he would be so obsessed with bambi in particular.
cassandra would probably be the most normal. like, oh, that sure is a dog. they'd pat her head but they wouldn't give her much thought.
