Behold, a Juppet! Significantly though not wholly based on the one made by [@]hexsbrainrot (seen here)! A few of the angles and proportions are slightly off, but I am quite happy with this drawing!
I wasn't sure whether the Juppet would work better on the Alt Hermits day or the Joe Hills day, and ended up deciding to go for the former since Joe is no longer primarily the Juppet in season 11. The days are right next to each other regardless, so it works well enough!

The Foley Process! (Part 2)
This was my second attempt at recreating the sound of the sea moving. I used a pearl necklace on the back of the drawing board this time.
I thought that the pearls would add a shingly sound to the mix, like when the water is drawing back out to sea and you can hear it scraping past rocks and shells. However, it's a bit jittery rather than a fluid sound, which kind of breaks the illusion.
I do think a lot could be done with these pearls in terms of sound effects, even to mix them into the background of a soundscape to get a rocky, shingly sound.

This is a gag I've been meaning to make as a strip FOREVER, but haven't gotten around to. But yeah, whenever I'm working on paper these days, I almost INEVITABLY mess something up in the ink stage and make THAT hand gesture. For those of you, like me, on a Mac, it's "Command + Z". On paper, if the mistake is big enough that it requires changing, I tend to just start over as white out and similar products never quite works to properly fix it and also be workable over. Plus, if it's a commission, then someone isn't paying for a piece of art with a big blog of white glop in the middle. lol

Description
Although she painted this work in 1789, Lemoine could not exhibit it at the prestigious Paris Salon until 1796, when post-Revolutionary reforms greatly expanded women artists’ access to the official art world. The title suggests an ideal or generic depiction of women artists, but those close to Lemoine recognized a self-portrait with her sister Marie Elisabeth, who was also a painter. Lemoine’s skills in still life and portraiture, categories in which women most often trained, are readily visible, but a history painting—the highest category in the academic system and usually considered in this period as ill-suited to women - is underway on the easel in the scene.
