What better place to celebrate David Websters birthday than in Normandy? Happy birthday, one of my favourite veterans of all time, David Kenyon Webster! He would have been 96 today! A brilliant writer and an awesome human being! He inspires me in so many ways, and he's so misunderstood because of his bluntness and honesty! That's why I love him 😛 check out his amazing book Parachute Infantry which tells his side of the war, absolute amazing read. Not to mention his well written book about sharks, Myth and Maneater, he's helping me get over my phobia of sharks so, how can I not celebrate ey? So this fucking happened today!! I met Eion Bailey from Band of Brothers, and Andrew Scott from Band of brothers/Sherlock!! And they were so effing nice. Eion Bailey made my day! He signed Websters shark book for me, and my sketch aswell as admiring my BoB sketch that he took a picture of to show the rest of the Bob cast! Luckily I have a video of the entire moment I spent with him, and I'll cherish it for life!
