Is that another We Happy Few oc? Indeed it is! He’s a complete bastard; I hope you like him :] Also whether or not he and Davy are related will always be a mystery. They both deny it but are they lying? Who knows! (I’ll put a little bit more about him under here if you’re interested).

**  Coming all the way from the Parade District, Mr Norman Hackney (Davy Hackney, no relation) is a totally and utterly annoying prick. Celeb obsessed, enough so anyone even nearing celebrity status has a slip of paper with his face (and some choice words about him) on it, just in case they happen to run into him. He's nosy, deciding to involve himself in anyone and everyone's business. Sacked from The Hamyln "O" Courant (for public images reasons), he now works for more underground publications (although he's pretty sure they all run back to the O Courant anyway). Love him or hate him (though a good majority of people hate him), he's a damn good photographer.
