OH MY GOD Y’ALL. PLEASE LET THIS SUCCEED. Dawngate was an amazing game that got done DIRTY by EA back in 2015 (killed before it even released because it “wasn’t meeting expectations”, which we all know means didn’t make enough money, during a beta period).

@ruinedshaper‘s game is less dead now, and i’ve wanted to put together a kit for these two.

Keane and Omen; Spirit of Trust

Confidence Shaper - One Goal

Control Keane’s movement and basic attacks with left click. These units share a health pool.

Omen has significantly increased damage resistance and Power, while Keane has extended range and increased haste.

Each unit generates Confidence faster and deals increased damage while damaging the same target(s).

Q - Outburst / Shared Hate

After a delay, Omen deals damage in a small area around himself, healing himself and generating Confidence for each enemy struck. If Keane’s Confidence is filled, the effects are increased and he duplicates this ability.

W - Warp

Keane generates a mid-range, one-way portal that anyone may enter. If an enemy enters this portal, Keane panics and gains significant decaying movement speed, while Omen readies himself, gaining additional damage resistance

E - Distract / Exploit Weakness

Keane makes some particularly loud, rather annoying noises; taunting an enemy for a brief period. If Omen’s Confidence is filled, he deals significantly increased damage for 3 seconds and applies an additional brief stun period after the taunt is completed.

R - Destiny Bond

Keane and Omen select the closest enemy champions to them and test their faith in each other: If either dies during the period, the damage they took is immediately applied to the remaining enemy.
