in the same vein, my dog dug up our herb garden about 20 minutes after planting it to nap in the hole in the ground

We should start a thread posting the ways our pets have ruined gardens. 

My cats have killed the following;

2 avocado trees (By deciding the pot was fun to dig in)

1 Maid of Orleans jasmine (By knocking the pot off the table and tearing the plant apart while we were gone)

1 Aloe plant (same)

1 lemongrass plant (by eating it)

1 Christmas cactus (by napping in the pot, crushing the plant)
