Day 2b: Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Well, that was difficult!
If you’ve read through my older posts, you’ll see I have this issue where my neck clicks when I’m jumping up and down. It’s not painful, just annoying and a tiny bit uncomfortable.
On to the PCC, I had to stop a good few times, but I then reasoned with myself that it’s better to do it much slower than the video than to just miss 2 turns so I can keep in time.
the deep stretch with the arm lifted really worked my shoulders, was quite difficult to try and get my arm going straight up
