Day 4b: Cardio Recovery
First day of a group workout. I didn’t remember any of this workout from last time, probably because it’s not as scaring as the rest of them!
Didn’t get a chance to eat anything before the workout today, so my legs were shaking like crazy, but made sure to eat breakfast before I left for work this morning.
Definitely think I prefer morning workouts to my middle-of-the-night ones back in 2014. Starting the day with one really helps wake you up, and since I have so few uni classes a week it means I can afford to have a nap in the late afternoon / early evening and still sleep at a decent time.
Only think left to sort out this week is a main shop for insanity meals.
