So, I thought because Thursday comes from the God Thunar, which is also where the name Thor comes from, I assumed Monday was a reference to one of Odin's seeing Ravens. It's actually from the Roman, for "Moon-Day" coming after, well, "Sun-Day".

Morgenbrise - f (Danish) morning breeze

From Danish morgen "morning" and brise "breeze". Both elements would also make nice names on their own.
