My Writing Playlist - October 2018
#music I've been listening to this #preptober :) #countdowntonano #nanowrimo #amwriting #writerslife #playlist
I can’t believe Thursday is NaNo already.
Like, the past month has been absolutely crazy. I’ve written twice as many blog posts in the past month as I would usually write. I’ve been attempting to outline two of my stories–I only have a completed outline for one out of my three stories I’m planning to write… well… now four, maybe… ehh it’s a long story.
Since I’ve been doing this soundtrack thread

WRITING PLAYLIST TIME!
Some of my faves this month:
The Boy In The Bubble, Alec Benjamin – I thought this one was a little weird at first, but I’m glad I kept listening. I don’t think I can listen to it without having to listen to it again. And again. And it’s totally getting me jazzed up to write that one fight…

My fave tunes this month! #music #writingplaylist #amwriting #writerslife #songstolistento #musiciwriteto #inspiration #indieauthor
Back again, with some more epic songs to plug into your stereo (or your own writing playlist)!
Because I am almost constantly listening to music, whether it’s in my car, on my phone, in my head, I always have a little tune going. I am also almost constantly thinking about writing. Coincidence, no?
Some of my favorites this month:
Stronger Than Ever, Raleigh Ritchie – Gets stuck in my head all…

He stood tapping his foot against the ground and checking the city clock tower every few seconds. Village people were walking past without a care in the world beyond what they might be having for dinner that night, and there he stood in the town square with his foot tapping and his stomach growling waiting for his damned companion to show up.
Ughhhh.....This is why he preferred to work alone.
“Where on Lore is that idiot?” Galanoth mumbled, glaring at each of the carefree people walking to and fro in the cobblestone streets. “It can’t take this long to pick something up from the blacksmith.” And he would know, having taken many such trips before in his career.
Damnit. If he had to wait any longer the restaurants would all close for the night and he’d be stuck out behind the inn with an empty stomach and a dragon’s appetite. He glanced one last time at the clock tower and walked off from their little meeting spot, intent on ducking into whatever shop smelled tastiest.
