Day 123 of 365; Went to the tailors and had some of my jeans repaired so I would have more choices when I go to work. And then, I decided to drop by UST just because I had time. I did so only to find myself lost in a sea of strangers; of unfamiliar scenes and faces, of broken facade of familiarity. Unlike my other friends who are also Thomasians, I can no longer see UST as home. It now feels too distant, and somehow foreign to me. The streets around it and even the grounds; It's no longer the same UST I knew. I knew it would come to this. But spending almost half of your academic life in such institution would mean a lot to some, even after graduation and all. But for me, the snobbery is more than enough to drive me away and consider looking for another home.
