I’ve learnt two Malaysian phrases today from kuya grab driver that he say may be quite useful for the rest of my stay here:
Saya sayang kamu - I love you
Saya tidak suka kamu - I don’t like you
Today was the last day of freedom (as many would say) since the government had announce another quarantine session throughout the country. All I can rush about today is materials planning and how my day can end peacefully knowing I have many things undone at the moment. I was planning such good lunch today but sadly, we are no longer allowed to leave the plant in between. I ended up eating the unknown-to-me things that our cafeteria serve to locals everyday. It was a little bit spicy and I felt that lowkey burn from the core of my stomach. I can hear my internal organs say “what the hell are you feeding me?” at the back of my mind. I guess all I can do is hope for a better dinner - which I did (yey Chili’s!), but again I end up ordering more than my capacity and I had to bring home the extra. Gluttony at it’s finest. Pffft 😕
By the way, I heard you were at Sunway Pyramid earlier. Joining the crowd on this last day of freedom eh? The surprising thing is, I asked my friend if you are hanging out with someone. My heart dropped when she said yes but I felt relieved knowing it’s a guy. I don’t know why I still ask such ridiculous questions when you are no longer existing in my orbit. I wish I can kill this curiosity way way sooner 🤨
Hello MCO! I sincerely hope this lockdown 2.0 can make a difference in MY’s number. We are taking this precautions for granted.
