Kai’s blog entry
In today's session, I've started the day by doing some admin work. I did more research for film festivals we may want to enter our short into and entered the info of these potential festivals on an excel document. Also, I gathered information on decorations for the final screening. After this, I moved onto working on my silver arts award. i did this by a mixture of updating older posts and writing in the booklet. The whole team has their minds set on the work and are moving at a good pace. :)
The day was going well, we progressed with the final edit and our arts awards slowly but surely. Then, as I was editing, Teanne came in and showed me that the roundhouse had just tweeted about my previous blog entry! they left a link in the tweet to the roundhouse website where my review was. This was fairly overwhelming, to have a page with 100k+ followers tweet about me! This made me appreciate this blog even more, putting down all of our work and ideas has been nothing but helpful. Thanks Linda!

In todays session, I balanced out the editing process of the final film, and admin work. I started the day by running through my arts award and whats required to complete it. As the day went on, I started to tick off more tasks from my admin list. Now, I've finished the first draft of the invite list, sent off necessary e-mails, and constantly working on potential festivals. The editing is going well, and all of the crew are becoming more fluid with the software, taking any glitches or shutdowns on the chin and working our way through well.
