This morning, I had probably the most delicious frittata of my life at a local foodie place. And told the guy who made it this. Others, who had also had the frittata, began to join the conversation. They prodded him for the details of how he made it. "It has all sorts of things," he said... "Carrots, celery, spinach, parmesan, almonds, Indian spices... and" - you could tell he was trying to remember more - eventually he just said.... "I don't know. I just made it. Sometimes cooking is about being creative." And soon we were talking about how he should open up a restaurant dedicated to frittatas.
