Guacamole: The house I'm staying at for the week has a lime tree with a lime just ripe for picking. Together with some perfectly tree-ripened avocados, we made guacamole seasoned just right with a hint of cumin (the secret ingredient shared with me by a former Brazilian colleague). The avocados were freshly picked just hours before and then gifted to us. The guac and chips were the best accompaniment to our giant salad.
