Somehow managed to lapse on reading and gratitude lists. What I've not recorded is a daily prayer over a specific matter that I've not failed to forget yet. G-d willing I won't. My goal is 40 days.

Did a day, missed a day again with my gratitude list and Proverbs reading! It's the jerky return to a routine after it is broken. Spent the afternoon with friends and my mind feels... Cleared. If you are not spending dedicated time with real people you care about, fix that. I guarantee it will aid you in combating your struggles, regardless of what they are. In regards to fantasizing, so many times have thoughts come and I’ve needed to dismiss them. All successfully so far, thank God. May that continue, on and on… Oh how one day do I want that third number to be in the hundreds. It’s kind of exciting to think I could be in the beginning of just that streak.
