Performances included- Mary Campbell commemorating the 100th anniversary of Dada by giving out Dada fortunes, M and M (Milenka Berengolc and Margaret Chase) provided the Helmet of Truth, Lydia Grey asked people to share their favorite things, “EAT MY WORDS” game with Edible Eddie, Barbara Lubliner as Cautionistra discussing cautionary tales, Jennifer Weigel “Luck of the Dice”, Viv de Dada with your new "Lumen-ous Name", Philip Sanders digitally captured and constructed, processed and projected video and the Day de Dada spinning wheel constructed by Mark Semanchik. check out- daydedada.com

My wishbone piece- "A Lucky Break" for sale at the A More Store at Printed Matter, 231 11th Avenue, NYC. It includes a synthetic wishbone and a manual I put together with the history and myths of wishbone breaking. I learned a lot about wishbones while doing research for this.

“A Lucky Break” was created for the 2015 Day de Dada show at the SI Arts Culture Lounge in the Staten Island Ferry Terminal.

Day de Dada Art Nurses performed check ups at LUMEN 2015 at Snug Harbor Cultural Center, Staten Island (June 20, 2015 sponsored by SI Arts.)

Checkups inspired by traditional medical exams but in a Dada fashion, included interacting with Lumen audience to offer Dada medical advice, sound healing, psychiatric advice and third eye exam. Video on YouTube 

Art Nurse Mary provide height measurement using either the apples or oranges measuring system, and also provided prescriptions for “better health”.

My collage (Eye mandala 40_Goddess Annakama protecting the legacies of Andy Warhol and Ray Johnson-May 2015), created for the Performa - RAY JOHNSON, “Please Add To and Return To” project.

Performa, the performance art corporation is now getting interested in mail art with an homage project for Ray Johnson and his add to art pieces.

They are making available templates for 4 of Johnsons “add to” graphics and asking participants (the next generation of Johnson admirers) to add on and then send or upload to them.  

Also presently Richard L. Feigen & Co. Gallery on East 69th Street is exhibiting “Please Return To” with original examples that were returned to Ray Johnson and are now in the Estate archive.

AND MEANWHILE Day de Dada is receiving mail art every day for the upcoming exhibit at the Culture Lounge in the Staten Island Ferry Terminal.

My shoebox video projector- it worked! Projected 2 old eye videos and premiered "Eyes of Fluxus" video, shot in 2012. Not the sharpest video, think it works best when it is darker in the room. Even though the lights were off there was a lot of other light in the room. 

Day de Dada participated in the "Bring Your Own Beamer" event at Little Berlin Gallery's Annex in Philadelphia. Other DDD artists there were Viv de Dada with her secret performance, Mark Semanchik working on his CD suit and Lydia Grey who had cameras as nipples and was transmitting video of whoever stood in front of her.

"BYOB was founded by Rafaël Rozendaal (www.byobworldwide.com) in 2010 and has become a global phenomenon." this was the first time for Day de Dada but hoping we got to participate in another one!
